If we were shopping for clothes, I would definitely tell you if there was a flaw in the jeans you are about to purchase. I’ll help you the same way when it comes to buying a home. I’ll give you as much information about the home as possible so you can make an informed decision.


FIRST THINGS FIRST
Let’s grab a drink and chat about all the things. We will talk about what to expect during this process, if it’s the right move for you, and any items on your list that a “must have” or a “deal breaker.” I will connect you with an amazing local lender to get you pre-approved.

SHOP TIL WE DROP
Kidding, kinda. We will start looking at houses and will quickly figure out what you really want in a home. After we’ve found the one, I will negotiate on your behalf and do the things necessary to present a strong offer. If it wasn’t actually the right home for you, we will keep looking until we find the perfect one!

NOW WHAT?
No worries! I’ll continue to work hard up until your closing. I will be there every step of the way; inspections, repair negotiations, appraisal, final walk through, etc. It can be a bit overwhelming so I will send you weekly emails updating you on where we are in the process.

CELEBRATE
I am a dang good agent if I say so myself - but something I’m really good at is celebrating. It’s closing day, cheers to you and your new home! And now you’re stuck with me as your new friend and real estate agent for life!

FIRST THINGS FIRST
Before we meet, I will send you crucial information to get you prepared for listing your house. When we meet and I see your amazing home, I’ll describe what the selling process is like, get to know you and your home, and explain my custom marketing and pricing strategy for your home. I will provide a net sheet so that you can see what your bottom line will be… after all, our goal is to make top dollar. 

PRE-MARKET PREP
In our game plan, we will talk staging, decluttering, and home repairs. After your home is prepped, it will be professionally photographed and we will go live on the market! We want your house to get the most exposure so I will post to MLS, run paid social media ads, hold open houses, and market your house so that it speaks to the perfect buyer. 

UNDER CONTRACT
I will explain each and every offer we receive and how it will affect your bottom line. I will help you negotiate price, contingencies, repairs, dates, and anything else that might be unfavorable to you. Once we have accepted an offer, I will work with you, the buyer’s agent, and the attorney to ensure a smooth transaction. From the time your home hits the market until we close, you will receive, at minimum, weekly updates from me keeping you informed throughout the entire process.
